Qualifications:

• Married or cohabiting couples with proof of same address and single females.
• Married or cohabiting couples must be between the ages of 25 and 79. Single females must be between the ages of 25 and 79.
• Must be currently employed with a combined annual household income for married or cohabiting couples of at least $60,000 per year, for retired couples and single females, $60,000.
• Must not be in active bankruptcy or have been within the past seven years.
• Clients must live outside an at least 100 mile radius from Branson.
• Must not have toured any Grand Crowne Resorts properties within the last twelve (12) months.
• No groups allowed. A group is considered two or more families traveling together or meeting at the same time using a Grand Crowne Resorts certificate, regardless of where the certificate was obtained.
• Clients must attend a minimum 90 to 120 minute vacation interval ownership presentation. If married or cohabiting, both spouses must attend.
• Clients must present valid driver’s license and a major credit card or check book for identification at time of check in. Debit cards will not be accepted.
• Must be a legal US resident and able to speak and understand English.
