I own several 1 bedroom suites that are availble from 11/01/09 to 03/31/10 however, I can change these dates if desired based upon resort availability. I also rent on a daily or weekly basis.
Resort is conveniently located on Big Bear Blvd, at the base of Snow Summit Resort, between the front and rear entrances to Snow Summit so, no need to hastle or pay for parking, just take the free shuttle.

Great ski vacation (New Years week) 5 blocks from Snow Summit. Fun time with New Years torch parade down mountain. Condo has two fireplaces w/bedroom - king bed, full kitchen, and living rm with queen sofa sleeper (room for 5th person if a child). Resort has Spa and game room with pool table.
