Mark IX Condominiums is located in Breckenridge, Colorado. Mark IX Condominiums is a small exclusive timeshare resort in a residential development just minutes from Main Street in Breckenridge. Winter activities include skiing in numerous ski areas near the resort and summer activities include fishing and sailing on Lake Dillon, horseback riding, hiking, biking, golf, tennis and more. You'll also find Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain ski areas within 15 miles. Lake Dillon, where you can fish and sail, is only seven miles away. Your Mark IX timeshare condominium includes a full kitchen, television, VCR, telephone, and a fireplace. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 and are 675 sq ft with one bath, one queen bed, two twin beds and one sleep sofa with a view of the surrounding terrain. The resort is set in the heart of the mountains, amidst towering pines. Additional resort amenities include laundry facilities, snow skiing, and whirlpool. An outdoor hot tub is on-site. Nearby ski slopes, skating, hiking trail, restaurants, and entertainment add up to a fun-filled vacation.
