This a beautiful resort and this week is in December during the ski season. Numerous activities, waterfalls, etc in this area. All fees are paid. I am renting this week as this unit provides me with two weeks of use every 7 yrs since it is the 52nd wk. Every 7yrs there are 53 Saturdays in the yr.
