Laguna Surf is located on a bluff in picturesque Laguna Beach overlooking the beautiful bay. From the observation deck are 99 steps down to the sand on a one mile stretch of beach. Each timeshare condo features a fireplace in the living room and has a full kitchen and dining area for four people. All units have one bedroom with a queen bed and a murphy bed in the living quarters with one or two bathrooms. Laguna Surf has a sunroof with a jacuzzi and an owners' lounge with a large TV and VCR and books as well as kitchen facilities. All units have a private balcony with a gas barbecue. Above all, Laguna Beach has spectacular views over the ocean and picturesque bay with a mountain backdrop. You may see some beautiful sunsets!
