WV family can't make it for a 2nd year in a row because of health reasons and they have paid in $530 of $1250. I'm adding in $50 in ads to try and rent it. I'll refund them anything over $770 and I'm spending around 8 hours on the computer to help get some funds back. I'm advertising for $999 to try and rent it on June 21; their refund will be $229 at that rate.
