What is this site all about?
www.MyResortNetwork.com was founded with a primary mission of bringing timeshare owners and vacation renters together to maximize timeshare ownership and provide travel deals for vacationers. MyResortNetwork.com offers the timeshare owner a community (network) of owners at their resort. MyResortNetwork.com provides an opportunity for owners to share experiences, discuss the resort and nearby amenities, and post their unit for rent or sale or view other rentals and resales available throughout the world. MyResortNetwork.com is not owned or operated by any resort, but by owners of timeshares.

Who can post units for sale or rent on this site?
This Site is solely for the purpose of individual owners of timeshares and vacationers. Any agent, reseller, corporation, timeshare resale company, or individual in the business of timeshare resales or rentals is not allowed to post property for sale or rent on this Site without a sponsor relationship with www.MyResortNetwork.com. Please contact sales to discuss sponsorship privileges and requirements.

How do you all make money?
We accept reputable companies in the timeshare business to advertise on our site. To post your unit for rent there is a $19.95 posting fee for a fixed week, a $24.95 fee for a float week, and for sale ads are $34.95. The rest of the site is totally free except for the resort report and rental/sales contracts. We need to cover the cost of running this site and helping out the owners. We are actively marketing this site to vacationers to help those people that have posted their unit for rent and for sale.

Do I need a rental agreement?
It would be prudent. You can download a timeshare rental agreement here.

Do I need a sales agreement?

Paperwork, rental agreement, sales contract, deed transfer
For rentals, we offer a timeshare lease or a short term vacation rental agreement. For buyers and sellers, we offer a timeshare sales agreement or timeshare sales contract. For sellers, use a reputable legal firm like we have here: http://www.myresortnetwork.com/timeshare-closing/ to handle your closing. They will your sales contract to handle all the paperwork for sales and escrow the money. They handle the sales contract between the seller and the buyer, a "no liens affidavit", closing statements, and holding money in escrow.
