You will stay at The Pigeon River Inn, The Mountain Trace, or The James Manor. We also have an option to stay in a 1 or 2 BR Cabin. For a 1 BR cabin - $199 total for three nights for a Sun-Wed check in day and $229 total for three nights for a Thu-Sat check in day. The 2 BR cabin is $50 more total (not per day).

Cabin Information:

Eagles Ridge Resort has various cabins you can stay in. They are 1 or 2 BR cabins for this promotion. There is a clubhouse available year-round and the pool is perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of fun in action-packed Pigeon Forge.

Any cabin rental cancellation made within 7 days of the check in will be charged the full rack rate.

Hotel information: Pigeon River Inn is next to the little Pigeon River. The standard hotel rooms have either a King bed or 2-Queen beds and sleep 4. Included is a free continental breakfast, free wireless internet, free local calls to book show tickets or order food, and elevators to make moving around the building easy. This hotel has easy access to all the sights in this area.

Information about Pigeon Forge resort that you will tour:

This is a new resort by Grand Crowne Resorts that you will be provided information about. Pigeon Forge is the gateway to the Smoky Mountains National Park.

The Pigeon Forge area has over 40 attractions and theaters nearby and is close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Pigeon Forge is a great family destination. Enjoy the scenic Great Smoky Mountains National Park for picture perfect views. Pigeon Forge is five miles from Gatlinburg, 35 miles southeast of Knoxville, and is right off of Interstate 40.

You must meet the qualifications below and agree to the Requirements and Restrictions to receive this incredible rate and the $75 show/dinner voucher:

Qualifications, Requirements, and Restrictions

Qualifications:

1. Married couple between the ages of 25 through 79 for Pigeon Forge area unless otherwise approved in writing by GCR. Couples that co-habit with the same address on their driver’s license, or that share some other type of responsibility with proper documentation of their co-habitation will be accepted.
2. Couple gainfully employed and credit worthy, with a minimum combined annual household income of $60,000. GCR shall also accept single women with an income of at least $60,000.
3. Retired couple with a minimum combined annual income of $60,000, unless otherwise approved in writing by GCR.
4. Guest must not be active Bankruptcy or planning to file Bankruptcy in the next 12 months.
5. Legal U.S. resident who speak and understand English fluently, who must provide government issued photo identification, example: a driver’s license. A major credit card (DEBIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) must be presented at time of tour check-in. Guest must also provide a check book.
6. A person not traveling in, or staying in an RV. – No pets allowed

Requirements and Restrictions:

1. Each couple or single woman must attend a minimum ninety (90 - 120) minutes of a time-share presentation.
2. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more families traveling together or meeting in Branson for this trip.
3. Each couple must tour together.
4. Each couple, co-habs or single woman must be staying in a local hotel, motel, and/or condominium.
5. Each couple, co-habs or single woman cannot have toured any GCR promotions within the last 12 months.
6. If traveling with children, each couple, co-habs or single woman must agree to put children 12 and under in GCR child care facility during tour presentation.
7. Each couple, co-habs or single woman must live at least 100 miles away from Pigeon Forge, TN, unless otherwise approved by GCR.

Failure to not attend the presentation or to meet the qualifications, requirements, and restrictions means you will be charged the full rack-rate for the hotel stay.

Tax of approximately $15/night is due at hotel/motel by guest.
