This unique little property, known as Marco Resort & Club, was converted from the Old Marco Pass Motel to a timeshare condominium in 1980. All units have two color TVs, on cable, with free HBO, one in the main room and one in the bedroom. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the main room is a combination of a living area with a queen sized sofa sleeper, dining area, and kitchen. All units have telephones with dial up data ports and voice mail. Local calls are free. Free WiFi service is available. The entrance to all units is through a screened porch, or as some in Florida call them, lanai. Free daily towel and linen exchange are provided and free housekeeping service for stays over one week. The resort offers a heated swimming pool and a hot water spa. Other on site amenities include free washer and dryers for personal laundry, gas grills, bicycles, boat/fishing dock and 18 foot pontoon boats with a 50 hp outboard motor available for rent to experienced boaters.
