Remember the 1980’s pop song by the Pointer Sisters, We Are Family? What a great, catchy tune, and as the song plays over (and over) in our heads, thoughts turn to planning and/ or attending family reunions.

Now that the heat of the summer – and the summer travel woes – are behind us, we turn our attention to the holidays and to family. The upcoming Thanksgiving holiday or the longer winter holiday season may be the perfect time to bring family together! If you are going to place your timeshare up for sale or for rent you need in invest a few minutes into setting your asking price. Over-pricing your week will most likely yield no results and you may not even receive any inquiries on your property.
