The 35-room Relax Resort is set into a steep hillside under three km (two miles) from famed Doctor's Cave Beach, to which complimentary shuttles transport guests. The resort features lush gardens, a swimming pool, a bar under a conical wood roof, and an intimate open-air restaurant serving seafood and Jamaican fare. Air-conditioned accommodations comprise rooms and one-bedroom apartment suites over three floors, featuring mahogany-stained furniture, white walls and ceilings, black-and-white tile floors, and bright, tropically colored fabrics. A garden-fringed sundeck features a 35-by-20-foot swimming pool. Twice daily, complimentary shuttles transport guests to Montego Bay's famed Doctor's Cave Beach and Aqua Salt beach and water Sports Park, both located on Montego Bay's Hip Strip of shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. During harvest season, the resort's mango trees produce ripe fruit for guests and for use in the restaurant and bar. Relax Resort Jamaica includes a small fitness room with a Universal gym and free weights. A lobby computer offers high-speed Internet access.
