Silver Beach Village

Located on a wide, "world-famous" sandy beach, Silver Beach Village features an oceanfront, Olympic-style, outdoor pool, restaurant, lounge, pool bar, and grill. Shuffleboard and tennis courts are within a mile, and marinas close by offer boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters. Deep sea fishing charters are available at the Ponce Inlet marinas. From April 15 through October 31, the area beaches host an unusual marine visitor - the sea turtle. These magnificent animals emerge from the surf at night to lay eggs in nest dug into the dry sand and then return to the seas. Two months later, approximately 100 hatchlings emerge from each of these nests and crawl to the ocean. The Halifax/Daytona Yacht Club and the Daytona Cubs Baseball Stadium are less than a mile away. The Kennedy Space Center and historic St. Augustine are close by and make for unique day-trips. Orlando attractions, Disney World, Epcot, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, are about an hour's drive.
