Recently remodelel roomy timeshare. We have purchased a retirement home in south Texas, so will no longer use our unit. We have traded to Mexico and will go to FL next year. This year's maintenance fees ($625) are paid and the use of the unit this year is negotialble. The closing fees are $300 with $100 resort fee.
