Maui is wonderful. Kuleana is great. Unit is oceanfront. Complex has an outdoor pool, manicured grounds, organized administration and low maintenance (for Hawaii) $600.00. Kuleana is nestled in a neighborhood, quiet. Walking distance to beach and stores. Close to Lahaina. The unit has yet to lose it's value, updated often.

On the ocean in Maui. Kuleana is delightful only 2 stories. Large bedroom, bathroom, complete kitchen, living room doubles as 2nd bedroom with Murphy bed for two.
