The resort and room are very nice and clean. The pool is heated as well as the hot tub. Picnic areas with grills by ocean, with a club room. The beach is nice. I just have too many timeshares. I have many pictures if you are interested.
The maintenance fee is $433/yr and current. Buyer to pay closing costs, which usually about $300.
