This is very close to Ft. Lauderdale and more of a quiet beach. There are great ammentites. Buyer is responsible for the transfer and closing fees, and I will entertain any reasonable offer. I have a newborn and won't be able to use this for a few years, so don't be afraid to offer lower than comparable listings.
