This is a beautiful resort right on the beach at Simpson Bay. This is a floating time share(week 15-50), odd years and is already booked for week 16 in 2009 (check in on Saturday). Many stores,resturants, and casinos within walking distance. All units have large balconies. We don't have time to use at this time. Will take best offer.
