This resort is located on 5.7 acres on U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, approximately three miles from Walt Disney World and is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios Florida. Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida; be on the beach or on the gulf within an hour. The resort's amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie’s pool, bathhouse, picnic area, barbeque grills, horseshoes, and children’s playground. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located. Each unit in Tower I is two bedroom, three bath fully furnished and equipped. Each unit was designed as a "lock-off" unit that may be split into a one bedroom that sleeps four and a hotel room that sleeps two. Tower II and the recently completed Tower III also offers two bedroom, three bath "lock-out" units. They have an added feature of a wet bar including a microwave, small refrigerators, and a coffee maker in the second bedroom. This has a one bedroom that sleeps four with the pull out sofa bed, and another studio unit that comfortably sleeps two. Nearby, is jet skiing, and fine restaurants are within walking distance.

Resort amenities include racquetball courts, two lighted tennis courts, outdoor swimming pools, and a playground. There is fishing and excellent golf nearby.
