This is an oceanfront hotel that sleeps up to 4 and is located on the widest section of the Virginia Beach coastline, at the start of the well known boardwalk.


Enjoy their indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, or outdoor rooftop pool and sundeck. At the rooftop pool is the Sandbar, a poolside bar and grill, as well as incredible sunset and ocean views. The athletic club has state of the art cardio and weight machines including Precor elliptical trainers and Cybex strength equipment. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard on the rooftop court. Also there is a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and tanning bed.


The activities center has movie night, bingo and pizza and arcade games. All children events are supervised.

Qualifications

To qualify you must:

• Attend the fun and informative 90-120 minute vacation ownership sales presentation with all adults in party
• Be a US resident and be a least 28 years old
• Currently employed or retired with an annual household income of at least $65,000 (Matching ids required for cohabitating couples combining income)
• Two forms of ID are required at time of check in: valid driver's license or government photo id AND a major credit card
• Reside in the state of Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Virginia. (Can NOT be a local resident of Hampton Roads area: Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Suffolk.)
• NOT have filed bankruptcy within the last twelve (12) months or be involved in any current bankruptcy proceedings
• NOT be a Gold Key employee, owner, contractor or anyone who has toured a Gold Key resort property within the last fourteen(14) months
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English without the help of an interpreter

To receive your room assignment, you must check in at the Hospitality Center located at 3316 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 106, Virginia Beach, VA in the Ocean Beach Club Discovery Center. Hours of Operation are Sunday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Friday: 9am – 10pm and Saturday: 9am-9pm

Cancellation and Refund Policy Details:
There is a 15% cancellation fee for any cancellation up to 72 hours before check in. There is no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check in. No Shows or failure to meet the qualifications above will be charged the full market rate for these accommodations and not receive a refund. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full market rate for the accommodations you have booked if you fail to show up or fail to qualify for the promotion via the qualifications above.
