ACAPULCO, Mar Azul; CANCUN, Coral Mar; COLORADO, The Inn at Silvercreek; FLORIDA, Magic Tree Resort; PUERTO VALLARTA, Alta Vista, Casa de la Playa & Conchas Chinas; ROSARITO BEACH, La Paloma, and; SPAIN / COSTA DEL SOL, Villacana. WIVC units consist of one and two bedroom units with full kitchens (except at The Inn at SilverCreek and Torreblanca, which are kitchenettes). Each unit is tastefully furnished, including a sofa bed in the living room (albeit less comfortable than a bed), and equipped with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, tableware, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and color TV.

World International Vacation Club was formed in 1983 for the purpose of establishing and operating a multi-location vacation ownership membership program. Under the WIVC program, Club is responsible for the operation, management, maintenance and control of all apartment/hotel/condominium dwelling units which have been dedicated to the WIVC Program in nine (9) destination resort projects located in Mexico, Spain and Colorado. Title to the vacation ownership units in the existing projects located in Mexico has been conveyed to a Mexican bank which acts as trustee for the benefit of the Club subject to certain trust agreements. Title to the vacation ownership units in the existing projects located in Spain and Colorado is held by the Club. As a WIVC owner, you have the right to use and make a reservation at any one of the Club's nine resorts. You only pay an exchange fee when you exchange to resorts other than a WIVC resort.
