i and my family stayed at atalaya towers in june,ienjoyed being right on the beach,the condo was not what expected.in living rm only 2 chairs that match coffee table consist of a footstool with a glass place on top,how safe is that with little children,refrigeator leaked water,no hand towels was in the towels we rented, and the hall bathroom tub was dirty,and then they had trouble with both elevators. i don't think i will stay there again .i think they did to update. like i said i really enjoyed being on the beach.

A float resort in high rise shared with full ownership condos.On the beach in essentially residential area. Many good places to eat nearby, flea markets, grocery stores, some within walking distance. Golf discounts for occupants. Three bedoom units, sleeps 8. Full kitchen. Well maintained, recently refurbished. Indoor heated pool and spa. Outdoor pool. Barbecue grill available for common use.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?
