This is a wonderful resort. We were there in mid-October 2007. It is quiet, right on the water, away from too much hustle and bustle, but not too far from anything. It is probably not suitable for teenagers because there's not much to do unless you're there to enjoy the beach and pool, and the relative peace and quiet. There are few places with such close proximity to the beach; we were gulf-front on the 2nd (3rd if you count the parking area) floor and felt we could just reach out and touch the beach. I love that it's small and not too fancy or pretentious, yet has all you could need or want. Also really like having washer and dryer right IN the unit, as opposed to sharing - just nicer and more convenient.

My wife and i own a week here and were there this year during May and we love it.Very quite and beautiful view of beach.The units are large with big balcony. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you like it not too busy or loud noise,this is for you.But there are lots to do within driving distance.

My family and I have stayed here twice, once in July 2004 and again in August 2005. Both times our unit was beach front. The units are large, with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a large balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Bay & Beach is on the small side so you get to know the staff (who are very helpful) and other people staying at Bay & Beach. There is also "free" VCR rental. Everything is very central. There is shopping, 2 Publix supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Also Disney is only about 1 hr. away. We love Bay & Beach and hope to return again.

Beautiful timeshare on gulf of Mexico, just South of Clearwater. Very large two bedroom units (approx. 1500 sq ft) with modern new appliances. Heated pool, lg jacuzzi. Free dvd rentals. Walk to restaurants. Cabana rentals available. Pier fishing possible from intercoastal waterway pier at resort. Easy 30 minute drive to Busch Gardens (great park!). This resort is a five star with Interval International.
