We have visited Cabo 3 times before we stayed at the Cabo Villa Beach Resort. We love the city with all the activity and great beach but really fell for this resort because of it's location. It is a 5 minute walk to downtown activities, a few minutes from the fishing marina and right on the best beach in Cabo. We bought here even though it was pricey it is worth it because you don't have to pay taxi's and the stay is very authentic Mexico.

I recently stayed at a resort in cabo near the marina, in my travels I came across cabo villas and instantly new it was the perfect location, beautiful beach, near marina, nightlife and shopping. The resort was spectacular, very clean, great service so I now am a proud member of this resort, can't wait to return each year with friends and family.

We purchased a week vacation and we where sceptical of what the place might look like.To our surprise we were on the best beach in Cabo and within walking distance to everything. Five minutes to the marina, grocery store and the mall. Ten minutes to downtown and very safe. Oh did I mention the view. Lands End out our bedroom window. I caught Mahi Mahi one day and the resturaunt on the rooftop prepared it with a side dish for $4.50 that night. We liked it so well we purchased a time share of our own. Overlooking Lands End with a jacuzzi. We Love it

This resort is great. Right on the beach and every room has a great view. Infinity pool with swim up bar is awesome. We stayed in a free house in Cabo and went to the timeshare briefing and ended up buying one we liked it so much. The house we stayed in was nice but we had to spend 50 dollars a day on Taxi's to get back and forth to the beach and downtown. This resort has everthing within a short walking distance.

Location, location, location. This smaller luxury resort offers all the amenities of larger properties without the hassle of cabs, rental cars, or walking literally blocks to get to any facilities in the resort that you would be interested in using. You are on the only true swimmable beach in Cabo. This is the beach where all the water sport activities take place as well. The staff is delightful and very considerate to all your needs. The Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a new addition to Cabo Villas and the upgrades brings this resort into its own. Several persons that we met during our stay in Cabo who were in resorts in the Hotel Corridor spent upward of $600 just for cab fare to enjoy what was at our front door.
