My family stayed in a 3rd floor 1 BR in Aug 05. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. The beach is just across a quiet beachfront road and down a few steps. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are available for free check-out at the beach "cabana." Kids pool, large lawn, barbecue area, and adult jacuzzi are nice, but there's no pool for adults. Easy walk to charming neighborhood with good food, coffee, and shopping. Easy drive to all San Diego and L.A. have to offer.
