Great trade value. In the three years we have had the timeshare, we traded it for 1) one week in an one bedroom at Hawaiian Princess at Makaha (Oahu, HI), 2) one week in a two bedrrom at The Hawks Nest (Marathon Key, FL) and 3) used the lock off to trade for one week in a two bedroom at Desert Breezes (Palm Desert, CA) and one week in a two bedroom at Marriott Grand Residence Club (South Lake Tahoe, CA).

We used this resort 4 times during our ownership. The most memorable was the mileneum celebration at Disney. We also did day excursions to Tampa Bay area beaches. We also traded to Williamsburg Va. and Myrtle Beach, using interval international. This is a great location 4 miles from disney ,7 from universal and a couple from sea world. Dining, golf and a whole lot more await you every time u visit.. Do yourself a favor..check the hotel prices .. then decide a bed and a bath or a condo of your very own with all the comforts of home..what ever your decision enjoy..!

This place is so nice and convenient for going to Disney or Universal-yet we don't have the hassle of eating out all the time! All the amenitites of home, including washer and dryer. We have traded our week and went many places: Vegas (twice), Poconos, Gatlinburg, Atlantic City, and even the Oaks at Resort World next door.

Highly tradeable.We`ve went everywhere in 15 years! Traded it for our childrens Honeymoons,Cancun& Vagus.now the grandchildren have enjoyed Disney several times and bought one of their own here ! Shared aminities with 3 sister resorts,incld.Star Island.Golf, etc.
