Membership in the Equivest point program enables you to exchange through Interval International. 2100 points will exchange a 2 bedroom red season. I have exchanged into Disney, Marriott, Cape Cod (in summer), Holiday weeks. If you are looking for a great way to trade, this is it !

Equivest Vacation and Travel Club offers internal exchanges within it's network of 16 resorts: NC(5); Outer Banks Beach Club, Atlantic Beach Villas, Blue Ridge Village, Vacation Club Villas, Resort Villas of Maggie Valley. SC(6); Ocean Club, Peppertree By the Sea, Sands, Sandpebble Beach Club, Sea Mystique, Wild Wing Resort. TN; Laurel Point. WI; Mirror Lake & Tamarack. MO; Thousand Hills. LA; Avenue Plaza Hotel & Pro Spa. USVI; Bluebeards Beach Club. Points use based on resort, size of unit, season, length of stay (1 - 7+ nights). Membership to Interval Internationl is included with club dues. If you love the East Coast this is a great timeshare. Great resorts, Great flexability. I have used and traded (for Marriott) and love it.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.

If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.
