Our week is the 4th of July every year. It is deeded to us at that time. There is no better place to be for the 4th than in Colorado.We have a 2/2 unit with the balcony facing Nottingham Lake. The 4th of July fireworks are the best around. The festivities, include a live band, food, and just all around fun. There is paddle boating, fishing, roller blading around the lake. Just tons of fun. The playground for the children is the best bar none. I love the huge chess game they have on the grounds outside of the pool area.The staff, at Falcon Point, is the most amiable, helpful and prompt of any other place we have ever stayed. A wonderful place to stay. We have been going there since 1988.

This Condo is located at the base of Beaver Creek in Avon, Colorado - A 5 Star Resort with all Ammenities. We always enjoy our stay. There is a shuttle to Beaver Creek for skiing or ice skating and more. We also enjoy the free ice skating just outside the Condo. There's a great playground for children nearby also. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.
