This resort place is really nice, it has great location and easy commute, from Long Island and New York City, nevertheless I had bad experience with their customer service and it seems like they, over all are not concern with giving the best service, or just being nice, on a daily basis, and it’s not that we asked for anything special, we consider ourselves as a low maintainers group. So be aware
