This resort is in dire need of repair, cosmetics have been attended to but not the plumbing and electrical. Local area restaurants on boardwalk are minimal at best as in quality and cleaniness.

This condo is spacious with big windows that provide a beautiful view of the beach. King size bed, sleep sofa, kitchen, and two full bathroom. It is right on the broadwalk and beach. No cars necessary to access beach, restaurants, stores etc.
