I was in this hotel on March 2007 and we had a great time. The water and the beach are beautiful, restaurants are very affordable, the staff very friendly. Directly on the beach, and very close to Cancun, just step on the bus in front of the hotel. Will certainly go back.

This smallish resort is indeed family friendly. We have owned for 10 years and always enjoy our visits. The location cannot be beat. The beach is clean and the water is calm. The rooms are not flashy but they're clean, spacious and very functional. I have sent others to this resort and they have always had a good time. The beauty of its small size is that you can step off the elevator and onto the beach. No long walks through the lobby to get to the beach or pool. Step out the door and onto a bus to the downtown flea markets or the uptown nightclubs. The staff is great in every area.

current time share owner, friendly service, clean rooms, quiet beach. Restaurants on premises with good food. Some rooms have been remodeled, some remain in older condition. Have been going there for 7 years, see the same staff for years. Bus transport very close to the resort takes you to WallMart or the main part of the hotel district. Resort may not be the most updated, but it is a friendly, familiy oriented fun place.

Wonderful location in sunny Cancun. Great beach for young children, mild surf unlike the east end of the island.
Staff are plesant and pool can become very fun when the staff gets going. Special meals are presented everynight in the palapa adjacent to the beach and main pool.
Great service at the beach you will always find a waiter.
Rooms are recently remodeled and very clean spacious and well maintained. Maid service is daily unlike other resorts.
Excellent transportation and services provided by the resort and activities abound. Beautiful views of the ocean and Isle Mujeres, "Island of Women". Transportation to the island close by. Visit the website for Imperial Fiesta Club for more info,
