We just purchased a couple of weeks at Indian Palm and spent our first vacation there in Nov. 2012. We really enjoyed our time there. The condos are well maintained and as well the grounds are beautiful. Staff is very friendly. It is a great place to stay and a good base to explore the surrounding area.

Don't be fooled by any negative reviews. I have owned for 8 years and management has done everything right! This is not the Mariott. You will pay less than 1000.00 to buy and less than 500.00 maintenance fee (annual fee for your rental week)-no additional charges. IPI is a very nice place from which to launch your vacation activities or relax by a very well maintained pool or private patios. Check out the pictures, they reflect the comfortable grounds and one level living. (There is one picture of a 2 story building that is not part of IPI.)

Indian Palms Intervals is conveniently located close to a 27-hole golf course and five tennis courts. On site, there is a pool and whirlpool. For avid golfers, more than 75 golf courses are within 30 minutes of the resort.

Do you have more than one week to sell at this resort?

Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
