I just stayed at magic tree in april.The room was remodeled and all furnishings were new!i think most of the resort has been remodeled. The pool and hot tub were nice.The club house had a good game room pool table, ping pong, arcade ect.and it had tennis court and basketball. It was close to shops and places to eat within walking distance.It is close to coco beach 75 minutes away.It is close to all major Disney attractions within 2 miles.The hired help were all helpful and nice.

Magic Tree is located less than two miles from Disney World and just minutes away from Epcot Center, Sea World, Cypress Gardens, Kennedy Space Center and Gatorland. Adult and childrens pools are available onsite as well as picnic areas, discounted tickets. Great price at near Disney just 2 miles away during the christmas , new year holiday. Enjoy full eminities like hot tub, heated pool, clubhouse with arcade, and full kitchens. Shopping and resturants a block away.
