Marine Terrace is a very nice property, one of the only purpose built timeshare properties in the area, so units are large. Staff is always great, everything is always clean. Entire property inside and out was recently rennovated, so owners got a hefty special assessment due in 4 installments for 9/07, 3/08, 9/08 and 3/09. Assessments ran from $600-$1200, so if reading a resale ad be sure they are disclosing the assessment or you will end up paying a lot more than advertised! I own there and love it, as most owners do.

I have been going to Marine Terrace since a year after it opened it. I love it! It's my home away from home There's always a great community of weekly visitors to share your vacation with. The location is great there's all kinds of activities with in driving distance and lots of them are even walking distance. There are several wonderful restuants in the area.
