Excellent Resort on the East End of Grand Cayman. About 20m from Rum Point and 40m from downtown. The beach is beautiful and the resort is a quieter than 7 mile. The water is rougher (in cayman terms - 7 mile beach is always flat).
The Morritts Grand is the new listed hotel, The Morritts Seaside is a replacement building for the Morrits Tortuga that opens July 1st, 2007 and is brand new and similar in quality to the Grand. The Morritts Tortuga is nice (Silver- not GOLD) and a little older.usually cheaper but very well maintained and likely upgraded since hurricane.
