The Seaside is the NEWEST and NICEST building at Morritts. It has suprassed the GRAND units basically because it's newer. The building is 5 story concrete with an elevator. Units are completely tiled with nice all white kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove etc. Everything you'd expect. Stayed in a 1BR/1BA and pretty sure bed was a KING which is larger than I've seen in other units. Seaside buildings (1 today called Wembley) are only ocean front/view. There are no pool units in this part of the resort. Highly reccomend you pick this over the Grand or Reef.will take a little while for the masses to catch on but this is the best resort of the three.
