There are two worlds at Morritts Tortuga today. The OCEAN buidling that remains and the POOL side. The OCEAN building was gutted on the inside and the units are now in very nice shape. Modelled similar to the Seaside. New Kitchens, tile, carpet, paint etc. Outside is the same and in nice shape on all. Pool units seemed to get more cosmetic upgrades. I think people would be happy staying here but OCEAN building is nicer.
Morritts is now amazing ranked #2 on tripadvisor. It's not the ritz, westin or hyatt but value wise, you get a lot more and it is nice. It's not on Seven Mile either but is quieter.more of a family resort.
I own 6 units here and reccomend it!

Absolute pleasure. the grounds were kept in immaculate condition, beach was groomed daily and all staff are more than helpful. Being in Cayman is great by itself but being away from the stress of over-crowding of 7-mile beach area is an added joy I didn't expect at first. Would definitely recommend this resort, as I have to numerous friends and family members already.
