2/17/2004 Michael Mack Unbelievable, free boat, free sail boat, free bikes, free racquetball, pool, fishing and swimming, great beach and only 12 units so it is not a "tourist trap". Might want to bring your own racket along and if you have a small motor for the 12 foot boat.
