We have been staying at Nordvind on our family vacation for the past 10 yrs. We love it there so much we bought 4 weeks of timeshares so we can entertain famiy and friends and have flexibility on our dates of travel. The private beach is a rare find. It is so beautiful there. We've had
offers to sell our timeshares but we have no interest in selling. Units are dated but the beach and surrounding area definatly makes up for lack of modernized units. We're not there for the condo anyway. We go for the outdoor fun and enjoyment of a beautiful troical setting. Every year we are visited by a flock of parrots that sit in the trees next to the pool. So,we just hang out with the birds and dolphins and watch boats go by. The staff is fabulous.

We just returned from Nordvind Beach Resort.
We absolutely loved it!!!
We had a condo on the 4th floor and the view was awesome.
The staff and everyone were very friendly and helpful and hard working.
The condo was clean and had lots of ammenties including a dishwasher which I appreciated alot.
Hope to return next year for sure.
I recommend this resort. It is very quiet and relaxing.
Thanks so much to the staff for making it a wonderful vacation.

At one time I owned 2 units at the Nordvind and I wish I never sold and I am looking to buy another unit. The view is spectactular and it is so friendly.

I absolutely love the location, the pool and beach couldn't be better. I loved waking up every morning and as soon as my eyes opened, I saw the beatiful gulf view. Honestly, this resort has to have the best view on the strip, it's close to the shore and no unit has a "bad" view.
The units however, could use a bit of work. I've stayed here twice (two years apart) and in both units, there was mold. The bathroom walls were in need of repair, it looks like they attempted to fix them, threw some spackle up, but then didn't finish the job. The furniture is starting to look a bit worn/dirty as well. I love this place, really I do-I plan on staying again, but if it's like this next year, I think I'll have to look else where.

Stayed 4-15 to 4-22-06. Great views from all rooms. Nice pool and hot tub close to beach. Walk to stores, restaurants and clubs @ John's Pass. New stores being built at John's Pass. Convinient to Clearwater, and St. Pete's Beach. All rooms have full kitchens w/dishwasher, free laundry.

Stayed here the second week in May 2005 and loved it so much we bought 2 units. This place is the best kept secret of Treasure Island. You are right on the beach and pass so the view from all the rooms is just spectacular! Walking distance to shops and restaurants at John's Pass and gambling casinos too. The staff was great and there are many nice families that own there.

Best location of any resort in the area . Easy walk to St. John's boardwalk , shopping , food , bars , gambling , sightseeing tours , parasailing , jet ski , deep sea fishing and much more . The views from our room was nothing short of spectacular with dolphins , sunset and ocean . We travel quite a bit and this was one of our favorite trips of all time . This is paradise .

We've been coming here for the past 8 years and just love the Nordvind. Beautiful resort! Beautiful, private beach. The resort is well maintained and the staff is friendly and accomodating. Walking distance from John's Pass-many shops, restaurants, and places of interest nearby. It's always difficult to leave when the week ends! Can't wait to return!

It was difficult to leave this wonderful resort. The view is just amazing and the area is prime. Many places to eat, some within walking distance. Right across the street is John's Pass, which is full of little shops. The beach is full of shells and many times you can see dolphin's swiming. I visited with friends, now I'll be looking to buy soon!

Very nice pool & gulfview unit w/ up to date furnishings & jacuzzi tub. Trade this very high demand Florida beach unit for any resort in the Interval network. 30 minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport, 90 minutes from Disney & Universal. Great Place!
