Oct 10-Oct 17,2010,we stayed in Bldg #28, Room 567, two br/2bath, with a great view from the deck facing east.The staff was very polite, rooms clean,beds confortable, resort nice, area quiet.We especially liked being within 20 min of so many attractions and nice restaurants,great shopping!fun winery nearby.a GPS is helpful.Also The Berkshire Medical Center is one of the best hospitals in the world,located in Pittsfield in case of emergency!

our family spent the week before christmas at the oak n spruce this year. after reading some of the reviews online, i was a little nervous about the condition our unit would be in. when we arrived the clerk at the front desk was really pleasant and helpful. our unit was more than i expected. it was newer, clean,and accomodating.the staff was helpful and curtious.we had a lovely week.i only wish that we had more spending money!

We have a blast every time we go! Always meet fun and interesting people of all ages. Especially great for kids during school vacation. With organized activities, 3 pools, 18 hole mini golf, basketball, playground, arcade, pool tables, even a free movie theater, kids make friends easily, and adults mingle in the lounge and pool side bar. Close to Six Flags Amusement Park, TangleWood, Jacob's Pillow, and Howes Caverns. Mountain skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, museums, and outlet shopping even closer. Roaring through the beautiful Berkshire Mountains with our friends on our motorcycles is always the best way to get around, especially during fall foliage. We find the staff always aim to please and often go above and beyond expectation

Great resort, and great location, it is very serene. I love it. But they need to improve on their customer service skills after they get their customers in the door. If they had shown me this face before I bought my timeshare, I would not have made my purchase. I haven't stayed there yet, but it looks like it would be fun whenever I do.

This resort is in the Berkshires. There is outlets 2 miles away.The rooms are very spacious. There is your own deck to enjoy the outdoors. The foliage is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator.

An excellent resort located in the Berkshires. resort has an outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, and a brand new mini-golf course. The best part about this is the location - located just miles from the Norman Rockwell museum, and to Tanglewood for your musical enjoyment. It is about 1/2 hour from Jiminy Peak ski area and 15 minutes from Bousquet ski area. Great place to stay or just get away! This particular timeshare is brand new in 2002! All new amenities and building.
