As the owner for over 7years it's allittle bit of everything. Ocean front 5th floor dream building, balcony full kitchen and 2 baths, fully loaded pots, pans, stove, oven, dishwasher and laundry rooms down staris. Rec. room, tennis, rentals, pools and much more. Grounds kept well and safe. Great area also. A true vacation spot!
