Great location near restaurants, casinos and activities. Nice swimming beach with palapas and restuarant on site. Many pools, 2 with swim up bars. Beach front and Marina building units are best but buildings up the hill have nice views. View of sunset over Simpson Bay from Marina building is beautiful. I have rented and traded into all of these. Some units are newly remodeled. All are spacious. People are friendly and I would stay here again. Great place for families. Casino right on site, there's also a very lively Piano Bar. Lots of day trip boat excusions leave from Marina. Everything's here!

My wife and I stayed at Pelican 4/07 loved it so much Would like to return 4/19/08- 4/26/08 With two other couples. We need three, one bedroom apts with terraces, and great views. Third, forth, or fifth floor in Bougainvillea would be perfect

This is a large resort with many buildings, restaurants and a casino. St Marteen (Dutch) and St. Martin (French) share the same island. There are lots of pools and lots of beach at this resort with lots of activities. It is beautifully landscaped and convenient to everything you would want for a Caribbean vacation. There is good parking for a rental car next to the buildings which you will want to see all of the island. If you love gourmet food and dining, you must go to Grand Case on the French side of the island, about a 20-30 min drive from the resort, the Gourmet Capital of the Caribbean, but there are lots of great restaurants near the resort too. It is very clean, well maintained. I own two weeks and wouldn't sell either!
