I bought a POC timeshare sight unseen on eBay in 2006. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I called to ask questions. They faxed a resort map showing where the unit was located. It does not have a balcony or whirlpoool, which the eBay info said it did have.
We love our unit! We went in the last week of September 2007. The decor is a bit dated, but it was clean. Great to have a full kitchen; master BR with king bed & TV; second BR w/full bed, full bath, no TV; pull out couch in LR w/TV, and small dining table. LR and master BR had large windows with ocean front view - can hear the waves!
Pools and hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs. Short path to the ocean with great beach for swimming, walking and just relaxing

I bought at this resort in 2006 sight unseen and was very happy with the purchase upon arrival. This is a nice resort in a quieter section of North Myrtle Beach with a great staff. Our unit was clean and spacious with a king bedroom with master bath and seperate bath off living area. Also a jacuzzi tub in living room. We overlooked one of the pools and there is a nice path out to beach. We bought it to use in May for Bikeweek and will use it every year that week.
My original thought when I purchased it was to sell it for a profit because I bought it so low, but this one is a keeper.

one of the best resort on one of the best beaches of the world. great vacation place for a family or friends get togather- best restaurants, sopa opera, pavilion and waterrides within few blocks. excellent maintanance and managment services.

This is one of the best resorts on the Grand Strand! It is near all the great attractions - the beach is fabulous!
