My family has had our timeshare for 19 years now, Almost all the kids learned to swim here!
It's gotten harder to get us all together these days but we all know the memories and the great people we've met over the years. It is a quiet place, but we've livened it up. Nightime fires, music, BBQ's and "Cold beers Here" I still wish there was swim up bar! It's the wonder of nature baby

My family and I just returned from our stay at Peregrin Townhomes (2/06). It was relaxing, away from the crowds, and comfortable. We found the management to be attentive, patient, and professional. The beach was RIGHT THERE. In fact it is so close that you literally have to wipe your feet on the treads of the stairs in order not to track in the sand. I would bring a large "family" pan if you are cooking for large numbers and your own beach towels, but other than that, the facility was perfect for our needs.
The others families staying there also were pleased. If you love bird watching, long, undisturbed walks on the beach, and a quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you. The beach is VERY shallow, so it's great the little ones.

I have stayed at Peregrine Townhomes many times over the years. They are large units, and unfailingly clean, tidy & well stocked. The complex is quiet and relaxing. The area is usually not crowed, and is secluded from the towns nearby. The management is attentive and kind. There are lots of birds and the beach is lovely. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a laid back quiet Texas beach vacation.

This resort is right on the beach. What a great way to spend time alone or with your kids before they go back to school. This resort is secluded very quite.great for fishing, birdwatching or just sun tanning by the pool. I have plenty of pictures.
