With new owners, Pollard Brook is undergoing tremendous expansion. When we bought 13+ years ago, it was a very small resort, but still had the amenities necessary to keep a family happy. Now it's incredible! They changed the name to InnSeasons at Pollard Brook, and have purchased the Millfront property in town and renamed that area InnSeaons at South Mountain. It's really going to be something when it's done! It's one of very few Five Star resorts in New England, and deserving of its ranking. We have many happy memories of our stays there. Being shoppers, one of our side trips was always to North Conway - outlet heaven on the other side of the Kanc. And being so close to Loon Mountain is a definite plus.

We have owned at Pollard Brook for many years and always look forward to going back. We are all very disappointed not to be able to use our unit in 2005. The Activities folks are great and come up with something for everyone!...snow tubing at Loon, coloring contests, Wine and Cheese gatherings, Las Vegas night, etc. Lots of games to borrow and play either in the lobby by the cozy fireplace or in your unit by your own fireplace. Whirlpool tub in master bath. Our three bedroom, 2 bath unit has been ideal for my sister's family and mine, creating a backdrop for lots of memories. The management keeps up with everything, from cleaning to renovating. Beautifully furnished, large rooms. A delightful resort in an awesome location.

We have owned a timeshare at Pollard for 10 years and have stayed there several times. The area is beautiful and peaceful with N. Conway just on other side of the Kangamangus. The resort is awesome - so clean, with lodge like lobby. There are tons of movies to bring in-room for free. Huge pool and well equipped game room for kids with ping-pong, air hockey & more. The units have a gas fireplace and every comfort of home. They are clean and perfectly maintained. You cannot go wrong here.
