We have stayed at the Schooner II every summer for about 15 years. About 5 years ago, we decided to purchase our own unit for two weeks. It is the greatest place to stay at Myrtle. Very clean, great staff, and great owners. Units are Only 4 units per floor, so it is a very safe place to bring your kids. Most people are owners, so you see the same faces every summer. All the owners kids have grown up together. You walk right out the back door and you are at the ocean. The units have everything you could ever want in a condo. Kitchen has everything! Can do all the cooking you want!
Can't wait to meet all our friends there every summer! You won't be disappointed if you decide to rent or to buy.

What a great place! Right on the beach. walk out the back door and around the pool and you are on the beach. Very quiet and clean. All amenities are right there for you. We go to Myrtle every year, now we have our own place to go, Schooner II. We are now proud owners.

We were so impressed with how luxurious and clean the resort was that we bought our timeshare immediately. It is on the Grand Strand in walking distance of amusement, shopping and ocean fun. There are only 4 spacious condo suites per floor so it is very private. Each suite has a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Your dishes, flatware, cooking utensils are also part of the condo. All that is needed to make it complete is YOU!
