7/11/2006 Stan Soran. When you stay at SMR ask for a tour of the 1/2 finished clubhouse for the golf course. Built with volunteer labor and funded by the former homeowners association, we were unceremoniously booted when Bruce McCaw purchased the ranch. All the members lost their investment and what was a great place though continually underfunded.
