I've been to this resort twice and it's a great location! Convenient walking distance to the Strip. It is one block from the Strip, right behind Imperial Palace and the Flamingo. If you don't want to walk, then catch the monorail! The monorail is right outside the resort and it will take you to other nearby hotels on the strip.
On-site amenities include outdoor pools, exercise rooms, saunas, whirlpool, arcade, laundry facilities, concierge & 24-hour front desk. Unit amenities include central air, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen & utensils. Prices are quite reasonable compared to the bigger hotels next door. The units also have a kitchenette, so you can eat in and save some money. I highly recommend Summer Bay Las Vegas Resort!

The resort is great and within walking distance to several great places on the strip. It is very comfortable. The exercise room and pool are great also.

When Leisure Industries went bankrupt, the timeshare was sold to Summerbay Resorts.
Summerbay's other resorts are 5-star, and they plan renovations that will make this an exceptional resort. It's is located near Imperial Palace, Hilton Flamingo and Bally's. The new monorail will stop at the rear of the property making the site more attractive.
