we have owned our time share at Summer Bay for many years and go back every year. It is always clean, spacious and just wonderful. The staff is always so accomodating. Everytime we think about staying some place else we just don't want to take chance of nothing but the best. A first class place to vacation.

I bought a two bedroom silver season timeshare at Summerbay. It is a beautiful resort. It trades throught RCI and is a Gold Crown Resort. The two bedroom was hugh. It could sleep up to eight. It has wifi for just $40.00 for the week. The lake has jetskis and some small boats. It is a gated community and located in a relatively quiet area. There is a public library with free internet and a publix food store in the nearby stripmall. I traded my other timeshare for the houses at Summerbay. They are awesome. Great experience.

We are a family that stays only at Resorts on our vacations. Summer Bay was a dream come true when we first visited. It is so upscale, clean, refreshing with lots of things do that staying there is well worth the trip! We purchased a week and have shared it with our friends and families and all of them have come home with the same, wonderful experiences. It is, by far, the best Resort available in the US today!

Every time we come to Summer Bay, our time is occupied with so much to do that we can't wait to come back. The staff is always very good to us, and there is always a program on the premisses for the children and adults to do. Walt Disney is only 5 mi. away, and the surrounding parks are close by also. The resturants in the area are great, and so are the golf courses. This is a clean resort and a time you all will remember. The resort is one of the best in the area. You won't be dissappointed.
