My husband and I have been owners since 1989. We currently have a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with fireplace, sauna, loft with private balcony, full kitchen, dining space, laundry facilities located within unit, patio with bar-b-q grill. A pool and hot tub are located on site. Rent bikes to ride down to the beach area. We are located only 6 blocks, walking distance, to a family beach area. Bethany Beach is very family oriented catering to families. There are many restaurants and shopping along the boardwalk. We recommend Froggies for breakfast located on the boardwalk.
