We were very impressed with the location.Though the property itself is older, probably 20 years old, the recent interior renovations and refurb paid off handsomely. The unit has the feel of a home, townhouse style, rather than a stereotypical Marriott apartment style building.It has a nice homey comfortable feel about it. The two bedrooms are more than adequate and the unit sleeps 8 semi private. (two floors;master br, sitting room, bath upstairs; 2nd br, bath, kitchen lvng/dining downstairs,).

What a lovely two-three bedroom townhouse on Sea Pines that we own. On the golf course with tennis, swimming pools, and beach near-by. !5 miles of bike trails take you through a beautiful area by the sea.
